📊Friday, April 17th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 TIGER KING EDITION🦁 BTW the Tiger King reference was just clickbait. Yesterday we recorded 5 Accepted Offers in Tippecanoe County, matching last weeks weekly total of 36 with 2 more days to go🔥 All 5 accepted offers were received within the first 3 days on the market. Though buyer confidence may be stable or slightly up, seller confidence might be down with only 4 new homes going active. The number of available homes is at 192, and the number of Accepted Offers is tracking higher than the daily new listings. Homes going Back On the Market (BOM) due to buyer financing etc. does help to boost inventory, but that's not how we'd prefer to do it! 6 contracts fell thru so far this week. Good news is that number seems to be going down as well with 8 BOM last week and 11 the week prior. Our clients still need to sell and buy homes, so let's keep using gloves, masks, shoe covers, virtual tours, online signatures only, everything we can to keep it safe.
