Yesterday was a great day for buyers, as we saw are largest number of New Listings hit the market in one day since I started recording this mess!
▪️21 homes hit the market yesterday, far better than any other day this year. This brings our available home total up to 200, only the 2nd time this year we've broke the 200 mark.
▪️Prices for new listings ranged from $585K to $120K.
▪️ 11 Accepted Offers were recorded yesterday, bringing our weekly total up to 45 and more in line with last week's decent total of 48.
▪️ Accepted Offers vs New Listings are close to even (45 to 44) much better than the deficit we were running, but still not enough listings to keep up with demand.
▪️7 of the 11 Accepted Offers recorded yesterday were 4 DOM or under.
▪️157 residential properties closed in the month of April. 26 fewer than March, but with all things considered that's not so bad.
I expect this to be a big weekend for the market, and if things keep heading in this direction us agents are going to be pretty busy helping everyone play catch up!
