๐Monday, April 6th MARKET WATCH!!!๐ก WEEKLY WRAP-UP EDITION!๐จ๐ปโ๐ซ Since Sunday's are a slow day for entries into the MLS I decided to tally up the past 6 week's of data so that we could get a look at the weekly totals of Accepted Offers and New Listings. As you can see in graph the Tippecanoe County housing market was beginning to ramp up, but then saw a steep decline in activity as we headed into the 2nd week of March and the Covid-19 news starting to take effect. We seem to have leveled off, and my hopes are that we can stave off any further declines and hold steady for awhile as we all deal with the new norm. Tomorrow's numbers will tell us a lot about how we looked over the weekend as agents/admins update their listings throughout the day. Let's keep it safe, everyone, and continue to find new ways to help people achieve their goals while keeping safety the number one priority! *information is deemed reliable but not definitive* #lafayetteindiana#lafayetterealestate#westlafayette#westlafayetterealestate#westlafayettehomes#boilerup#privaterealtor
