📊Saturday, April 11th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 EASTER WEEKEND EDITION 🐰 In these daily updates I attempt to track home buyer confidence by posting Accepted Offers, New Listings and additional MLS info. Friday's MLS entries showed 7 new Accepted Offers for Tippecanoe County, marking the highest Friday tally since March 13th! A good sign but also keeping us well below last week's total of 40 (Sun-Sat). Currently we're at 31 for this week, so we'll need 9 more recorded today to catch up, which is big # for Saturday entries. Of the 7 Accepted Offers yesterday 3 were under 2 days on the market, 2 were around 20, and the other 2 were over 150 DOM. Highest List price was $775K and lowest was $119K with an average of $257K (median $175K). 7 New listings hit the market as well yesterday, ranging in price from $300K to $95K with an average of $180K. Total number of available homes are still under 200, restricting supply and helping to maintain values. Let's hope for the best during the next couple of weeks and stay safe!
