📊Saturday, April 18th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 WEEKEND EDITION: 4 Accepted Offers recorded yesterday helped the weekly total surpass last week by 4 and matches the previous 2 weeks (see the graph if that sounds confusing 🤓). We have one more day to add to that number, so it looks as if we are poised to have the best week since March 15-21. Average list price for yesterday's accepted offers was $225K with a low of $105K and high of $359K. Days on market= 1,2,10 and 43. Only 30 new homes hit the market this week, bringing the total number of available homes to a measly 195, limiting options for buyers. Seems as if activity has started to pick up, and I've had many calls from sellers interested in moving forward. Our clients still need to sell and buy homes, so let's keep using gloves, masks, shoe covers, virtual tours, online signatures only, everything we can to keep it safe.
