With 17 new residential properties going for sale yesterday, and 4 others going back on the market, that brings our inventory up to 197 active listings. It will be interesting to see what the numbers look like on Monday as these homes field offers, helping us to gauge consumer confidence. 5 Accepted Offers were recorded yesterday. Highest asking price was $375K and lowest was $136K with an average of $213K. 4 of the 5 Accepted Offers were in the first 3 days! We finished out March with 183 Sold, outperforming March, 2019's tally of 154.
