📊Thursday, April 16th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 WHAT DAY IS IT, AGAIN? EDITION 🤷♂️ Yesterday 11 Accepted Offers were recorded in Tippecanoe County, marking the 3rd straight day of decent numbers, all things considered 🥴. That puts us at 31 Accepted Offers for this week. We're tracking to have the best week since March 15-21, the 1st week the market took a steep decline. If Buyer confidence is coming back then we'll need more homes on the market. Today we have only 189 available homes for sale, the first time we've dipped down below 190 in two weeks. Comparing the market to this time last year, we're running at about 64% production. With only 83 Accepted Offers for the month of March, and assuming a 30 day closing window, then we're looking to close 166 transactions in the month of May. In May 2019 we Sold 261. This is a rough guesstimate but it's safe to say the market is getting hit while also staying strong. Our clients still need to sell and buy homes, so let's keep using gloves, masks, shoe covers, virtual tours, online signatures only, everything we can to keep it safe.
