Only 1 Accepted Offer was recorded in our local MLS (asking price $384K, 221 Days On Market) but 7 new listings hit the market with an average asking price of $204K. Currently there are only 186 Active Listings in Tippecanoe County, which is less than a months supply (we sold 178 in March). For those active buyers out there the options are limited, and that's why we're still seeing homes sell within the first 24 hours.
