📊Thursday, April 9th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 AT HOME EDITION!😷 Yesterday showed our highest number of recorded Accepted Offers since March 4th...I'm not even going to begin to speculate on what that means, LOL. MLS entries showed 11 Accepted Offers on list prices ranging from $540K to $115K with an average of $237K (median $182K). 7 of those offers were accepted within the first 6 days of being on the market. Only 5 new properties went on the market, keeping the number of available homes on the market below 200. This low number of available homes continues to keep supply down while the number of accepted offers within the first few days on market shows the demand is still there. Let's hope for the best during the next couple of weeks and stay safe! I'm continuing to do business but in a new way.
