📊Tuesday, April 7th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡AT HOME EDITION!👨🏻‍🏫I write this market watch with a heavy heart, having just learned that my haircut buddy (and Purdue big man) Matt Haarms, may be transferring. But I will power through this update! Yesterday's MLS entries showed that we are continuing to trend downwards with only 7 Accepted Offers being recorded. On the upside, 6 of those 7 homes accepted an offer within the first 4 days. Highest asking price was $374,900 and lowest was $59,900 with an average of $188K. 7 New Listings hit the market, which is low but better than last Monday's tally of 4, keeping the total number of homes without accepted offers under 200, which is keeping inventory low, helping to fuel demand and maintain home values. New orders from the govenor's office have restricted real estate services more, which is challenging but still allow for business to be conducted to an extent.
