Yesterday's MLS numbers were similar to last week's, which may be demonstrating a new trend and average that we can hopefully come to expect in the market as we all deal with COVID-19 life. We totalled 13 Accepted offers yesterday, compared to 14 the week before. Taking Saturday thru Monday numbers, we outperformed the previous week by 3! The lowest Accepted Offer asking price yesterday was $43,500 and the highest was $369,900 with an average of $228K. 10 of the 13 Accepted Offers were on homes that had been on the market just under 10 days, many of which were in the first 1-2 days. We're still seeing multiple offers on these homes, and all of us agents are working to ensure showings are done in a safe manner by qualified buyers. Sold homes surpassed 2019's total, and I expect it to go even higher after today's numbers are entered.
