This could be a sign of better times to come. Yesterday's Acceped Offers had an average of 8 days on the market and ranged in asking price from $355K to $95K at an average of $208K. Unfortunately for buyers we only had 8 New Listings, holding our available home's on the market tally to 191. Those available homes tend to be homes that have been on the market for awhile, averaging 64 DOM. For sellers this seems to be a good time to sell.
