📊Wednesday, April 8th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 AT HOME EDITION!😷 Another day of low numbers yesterday shows a continued decline in Buyer activity. On a positive note, homes are still selling quickly if they're priced right. 4 Accepted Offers were recorded yesterday with all 4 having been on the market for under 4 for days. In the biz we call that the "Tri-Quad" (Trademark Pending😊). Highest asking price for yesterday's Accepted Offers was $169,900 the lowest was $138K with an average of $157K. 8 New Listings hit the market, 7 of them were under $200K. It will be interesting to see if this price range continues to sell quickly. Since inventory is currently tracking with buyer activity home values are holding strong. The 3rd chart I provided shows the previous 6 weeks' total weekly results. You can see a steep drop when COVID-19 reality sunk in, and then the numbers stabilized for a couple of weeks.
